Build Your Own Stationary (BYOS) & Presales have a current turnaround time of 3-5 weeks to account for any delays/emergencies.

Make sure to complete steps 1 AND 2 of the Build Your Own Stationary (BYOS) process. You will be notified via email if you are unsuccessful in following these steps, the difference will be billed via invoice correction.

Ready To Ship (RTS) items will ship within 5-10 business days. 

Packages are shipped based on weight as USPS priority, this means orders with multiple items will have a higher shipping rate based on weight & insurance. If by any chance your order does not get charged the proper shipping amount, you will be contact via email with an attached invoice for the remaining shipping balance.

Orders are shipped via USPS priority and insured for any losses/damages via transit/etc. Once packaged are scanned in as "received" at the post office, it is proof of delivery on the Upcycled Enchantments' end. Any issues after drop off must be taken up with your local USPS.

**ORDERS WITH UNPAID INVOICE CORRECTIONS WILL NOT SHIP OUT UNTIL CORRECTED.
